Spouse # 1 George Waggoner died in 1781 He was the son of Henry Waggoner

George died from wounds sustained in the Battle of Guilford Courthouse                                He wrote his will 2 weeks after the Battle was fought

Henry Berry Had a daughter by Fanny Ashley but they were never married. This is known because Fanny Ashley was living with her daughter Mary Ashley Berry King in 1850.

Henry left the Plantation Home he had inherited to his daughter Mary Ashley Berry and her husband Thomas King in 1855
